What do we pay for? 

You pay for the room, 3 meals a day, airport transfer among many other things. Click here to view the details of what is included and excluded. 

How do I Register and pay for the event?

What about travel to and from Goa?

We can help you with the logistics but has to be paid for by you separately.

Which airport is closer to the resort? 

There are two international airports in Goa (Dabolim and Manohar) and both are almost at the same distance from the resort, about 35km.

How do we reach the resort once we arrive at Goa?

The resort will provide transfers from and to the two airports and the railway station. Visit the page How to get there for more details.

Can I book extra nights?

Yes, you can. The resort charges Rs. 6,000 per person per night per room inluding all meals and other benefits. We recommend doing this as early as possible. We can help you with the logistics. Any additional payment required will be paid by you directly to the resort management.

Can I book a single room?

Yes and it will cost Rs.6,000 for the entire package.

Can I book for only one night?

Yes and no. We cannot manage the process for such request but if you find a mate who is interested in using the other night, you can jointly make the full payment and we will manage the logistics with the resort.

What if I change my mind after registering and paying?

Can I stay with one of our batch mates?

Yes, you can. You can either agree with a mate on a mutual basis or leave it to us to assign the rooms

Where can I see my payment status?

All receipts and expenses are made available on the event web page. Click the link below to see all the incoming and outgoing funds. You will be able to see your payment entry here. 

Can I track how the funds are deployed and the expenses invovled?

Certainly. We have made it absolutely transparent by linking the bank account to this site. You can monitor all incoming and outgoing funds. Visit the page Money Matters. All details of fund movements are published here on real time basis.
